Discover the fresh, vibrant flavours of our 1887 restaurant, a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, where every dish is a masterpiece. 

Here, the menu tells a tale of the land and the lochs. Many of our ingredients are sourced fresh from the Torridon Farm and Kitchen Garden. 

Expect mouth-watering, succulent shellfish, fresh fish, and game sourced from nearby estates. Savour our evolving menus, and let each bite guide you through the flavours of our beautiful Highland landscape.

Booking recommended

We want to share our wonderful 1887 and Bo & Muc dining experiences with as many people as possible, but space in our restaurants is limited.

With that in mind, we strongly encourage both hotel residents and those just stopping by for a meal to reserve a table with as much advance notice as possible.  

For casual dining
We welcome both residents and walk-ins to our bars and restaurants, though we do recommend booking for all occasions.

If you are just passing by and fancy refreshments and snacks in the Beinn Bar, please just pop in.

Hotel residents
Please note that tables in our restaurants are not automatically reserved for residents for dinner, and without a booking we can’t guarantee a table for you.

Settling your bill
All bars and restaurants at The Torridon are cashless, so do be prepared to pay by card. However, you can settle your bill if you’re staying at the hotel at checkout.

  • Breakfast: 8am until 10.30am.
  • Dinner: 6:45pm - 9pm, Wednesday - Sunday.
  • Please note that 1887 Restaurant is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays.
