Every supplier is hand chosen based on their quality products with relationships often spanning across the years reflecting values closely aligning those of Dan and Rohaise and developing into a deep sense of shared purpose in delivering an outstanding experience across the resort.

The Torridon has a long-standing relationship with Campbell's of Beauly, the thriving family-owned country tailor and outfitters situated in the picturesque village of Beauly, 10 miles west of Inverness.
Brahan Resort
Brahan Resort, hidden away in 4000 acres of Ross-shire countryside, has a longstanding relationship with The Torridon, both on a personal and professional basis.

Dunnet Bay Distillers
When Martin Murray and his wife Claire first visited The Torridon in 2006, little did he know that it would be the start of a long-standing relationship between Dunnet Bay Distillers and the resort. Apart from enjoying “the most comfortable sleep ever” the Murrays found a business that they realised shared many characteristics and values of their own upcoming family venture.
Macbeths Butcher
Macbeths Butchers and their supplying farm, Edinvale Farm, is run by Jock and Fiona Gibson, specialising in providing Highland and Shorthorn Scotch Beef to the local area.
Cromarty Brewing Company
Cromarty Brewing Company has been working with the Torridon almost since the brewery’s opening day. Founded by Craig Middleton and his parents Jenni and Chap just outside the beautiful village of Cromarty on the Black Isle, Craig has always been passionate about brewing and graduated from Heriot Watt University with a 1st class degree in the science of brewing.
Dolan Fisheries
Dolan Fisheries is a family run business providing fresh shellfish locally to both the west coast and Inverness area. The Resort benefits from the finest sustainably sourced, local shellfish landed less than 7 miles along the coast from the resort.
Tullich Highland Rare Breed Pigs
With a passion for preserving rare-breed pigs, and award wining in the field of sustainability, Tullich Highland Rare Breed Pigs are a natural fit as suppliers of pigs to The Torridon Farm which combined with our kitchen garden grows around 60% of the produce in the Resort’s restaurants.
The Torridon Farm
As well as working with some truly amazing external suppliers, at the Torridon, we take local sourcing to a new level with sustainable produce from our very own resort. At The Torridon Farm our love for the freshest local ingredients combines with the beautiful Resort landscape to provide some of the lowest food mile, fine dining in the world.
The Kitchen Garden
Located in the Resorts’ grounds, the 2-acre Torridon Kitchen Garden has become an integral part of providing fresh, seasonal, and extremely local produce to both 1887 Restaurant and Bo & Muc.
