Join us for a series of Off-Season dinners where you can learn about a wide range of subjects whilst enjoying chef Danny's 1887 tasting menu in the library.

Friday 21st March - Gusbourne Dinner £150pp

Gusbourne’s first vines were planted in 2004 with a single-minded vision: to craft the world’s finest sparkling wines. This means they’re detail-focused and quality obsessed, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in English wine. They’re also unwavering in what makes us special – crafting vintage-only bottlings from estate-grown, hand-harvested grapes. 

Gusbourne is one of a handful of English wineries that is certified sustainable, an approach to winemaking that is in the heart of what they do and they believe that caring for the land using a sustainable approach is reflected in their award-winning wines.  Join Beth Doran, Gusbourne’s Northern UK Manager, as she hosts a wine dinner that will be paired thoughtfully with Chef Danny Young’s creative tasting menu.
