Friday 15th November - Gareth Brown Dinner

Gareth Brown has been writing novels since he was a teenager. Most of those books were not very good, and thankfully were never published. His first published novel - The Book of Doors - was published in February 2024 in the UK and USA and became an international bestseller. Foreign language rights for The Book of Doors have also been sold to twenty other territories including Germany. Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands and South Korea. When not working or writing Gareth loves travel, barbecues, playing bass guitar and watching snooker. He also enjoys falling asleep in front of the television like an old man. Gareth lives with his wife and two Skye terriers near Edinburgh in Scotland.

Saturday 23rd November - Moet Hennessey Dinner

Enjoy a gastronomic dining experience at The Torridon, and also learn about sustainability in food, drinks and hospitality.

Our talented team of chefs have worked together with Richie at Moët Hennessy to create a beautiful, seasonal five-course tasting menu, paired with a selection of drinks from the luxurious Moët Hennessy portfolio.

Richie and The Torridon team will be on hand throughout the evening to share the unique story behind the food and drink being served, alongside the important work we, our supplier partners and producers are doing to protect the natural resources on which we all depend on for the future.

Saturday 30th November- Stargazing dinner

The Torridon is amongst the darkest locations on earth making rich views of the Milky Way and thousands of stars possible – join astronomer Stephen Mackenzie for a stargazing presentation where you will learn all about the stars, skies and what to expect on a clear night when you look above and enjoy uninterrupted views possibly even extending as far as the milky way
