Saturday 22nd February - Rock Rose Gin Creation & Dinner

We provide a quick overview of gin before you sample some of our lab scale gins distilled in Dunnet. After that, the founder of Rock Rose Gin will assist you in selecting pre-distilled botanical spirits to use in the creation of your own gin. You are going to scale up your recipe after making a sample blend. At the end, you package, label, and wax seal your special blended gin so that you may enjoy it at home..
We'll also tell you how to pick the best garnish for your drink and the influence of tonic on the final taste
Friday 21st March - Gusbourne Dinner

Join Beth Doran, Gusbourne’s Northern UK Manager, as she hosts a wine dinner that will be paired thoughtfully with Chef Danny Young’s creative tasting menu.
